HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DELIVER?

  • The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, & national governments around the world to issue work & travel restrictions on a daily basis, which impacts our ability to meet our high standards of delivery service.  As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking number & shipper to you.  Please track your order online or by phone for the latest delivery status 
  • Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location
  • Our FREE shipping uses a standard service which under normal circumstances takes up to 6-10 business days (depending on the delivery location).  Having said that, we always try to deliver 72 hours after the order has been placed & confirmed 
  • The delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:
  1. The product ordered
  2. The print location
  3. The destination country
  4. The size of the order
  5. The status of the network
  6. The shipping method selected
  7. COVID-19 travel restrictions (issued by local, state & national governments)

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

  • Once your order is printed & handed over to the shipping company, we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping partner
  • Please allow up to a full business day for the tracking link to update with your shipment information
  • For the safety & well-being of couriers & customers, some courier companies are temporarily minimizing physical interactions.  This means that you may not be asked to sign for deliveries, until further notice.  Please contact your shipper if you would like more information about their policy in your area

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY WILL HANDLE THE ORDER?

  • This will vary depending on the shipping country. We will email you this information when your order is ready

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

  • Love Is... offers free worldwide shipping on all orders!
  • We have local printing in most regions.  If an order is produced locally in the same country of delivery, no customs fees will be added
  • However, when products are produced in a different country due to production limitations or other reasons & shipped internationally across borders, customs charges may be applied
  • These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.  Love Is... has no control over these charges & cannot predict the cost of these charges, since these depend on the shipping destination.  Payment of these charges & taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Love Is...

DO YOU SHIP TO APO OR PO BOXES?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses, or Military Bases.

DELAYS

  • Your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control such as COVID-19, customs clearance, extreme weather & long public holidays
  • At this point in time, the impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, & national governments around the world to issue work & travel restrictions on a daily basis, which impacts our ability to meet our high standards of delivery service
  • We do not issue refunds for delays caused by factors out of our control

DAMAGES

  • We hope your order will not arrive damaged.  If the product arrives  damaged, we have a simple process for you to get a replacement product as soon as possible
  • Please email contact@loveisagift.co within 1 week & include ALL of the following:
  1. a photo of the damaged product
  2. a photo of the damaged packaging 
  3. your order number
  • Please note photos MUST be included for any request for a replacement.  The photos are very important for our internal investigation with our print & logistics partners to ensure that this doesn't occur again & that any improvements are applied as soon as possible
