PERSONALIZATION FAQS


CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MORE THAN 1 DELIVERY ADDRESS?

  • Your order can only be delivered to 1 address
  • If you want to send gifts to different addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE POSSIBLE FOR THE PERSONALISATION?

  • Our system currently only supports the Roman alphabet (also known as Latin characters) - Aa Bb Cc etc

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN REJECTED?

  • We reserve the right to cancel & refund orders if inappropriate or offensive words are chosen for personalization

PERSONALIZATION TIME LEADS

  • The personalization time lead is 6-10 business days (depending on the delivery location).  Having said that, we always try to deliver 72 hours after the order has been placed & confirmed 

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE? 

  • We don’t offer a gift wrapping service

CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?

  • Due to the made to order nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges unless the product arrives damaged
  • If your order arrives damaged, we have a simple process to get a replacement product sent to you as soon as possible
  • Please email contact@loveisagift.co within 1 week & include ALL of the following:
  1. a photo of the damaged product
  2. a photo of the damaged packaging 
  3. your order number
  • Please note photos MUST be included for any request for a replacement.  The photos are very important for our internal investigation with our print & logistics partners to ensure that this doesn't occur again & that any improvements are applied as soon as possible

INCORRECT INFORMATION

  • Love Is... A Gift will not be responsible for exchanges if the customer has provided incorrect information such as spelling mistakes, an incorrect address or incorrect customer name
  • In cases where incorrect information is provided, an extra payment will be applied for a replacement

COLOR CONSISTENCY 

  • We use the same print machines, paper types & work processes at our print partners to minimize color variations
  • Having said that, printing is a chemical process & 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples
  • Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels & are not covered under our quality guarantee
