- Your name, address, email & contact number will be passed to our shipping partner & mail providers in your region in order for them to deliver your goods. These mail companies may contact you by email or phone with further delivery instructions.

SUBSCRIBING TO NEWSLETTERS
We use contact information collected during subscription to send you the newsletter in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. When you send an e-mail message to or otherwise contact the Site, we may use the information provided by you as described in this Privacy Policy &/or to respond to your communication in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR if the communication is necessary to perform our contract with you &/or Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR if it is in our legitimate economic interest to do so.
USING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping & fulfillment of your order, & keeping you up to date on new products, services, & offers.

AUTOMATIC DECISION-MAKING

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
GDPR
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, & to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland & then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage & further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
